everyone should read the article in the first few pages of the new import tuner w/s2000 on front.in it some guy that had fast teg drives an $80,000 99 porsche, and while driving someone in a teg tries to race him just like he used to do.he says he realises the reason guys in super phat rides (posche ferrari c5)dont usually race on roads against us is because they just dont care about us when u have that sweet of a ride.but he said u have to be on that side of it to really appreciate it.just interesting...

I wish it was like in my area! Porsche's, BMW's (M3's), NSX's, etc... are the only cars that will race me. Even the JRSC or Turbo honda's (GSR, civic) etc... wont race me. With all the rich yuppies around here, they race me in the mornings as a way I guess to wake up for work, then race me on our way home as a way to relieve work stress! I hate it. But I do love the look on a guys face when he see's a honda blow by his $80,000 Boxter S! LoL

im not saying any opinion on whether crazy cars race on street or not im just saying you should read the article because its very interesting kind of puts things in perspective. also makes you reallllllly want a brand new porsche if you read it...

I think hes trippin'. it's just cuz his fully built integ wasn't up to his expectations. I think the funnest part of owning my turbo civic is running on exotics/v8s. In fact they are the only cars I will race. Owning a porsche.. yea how great.. At this point of my life, I just turned 20 years old last month... I'm pretty satisfied with my car that runs low 12's which I've built 90% in my own garage with no sponsorship. I think it's unfortunate that Ed with all his connections couldn't get his car to mph higher than 120 and now feels like he's too good for hondas. People who buy sports cars as status symbols... What a waste of a sports car.

Here's an example of a kill of mine.
I was driving towards Steven Creek Blvd, when a NSX comes flying up behind me, and pulls next and revs! I look over as my friend takes a picture. Its a hot chick, driving a red NSX! She suddently guns it. I punch it and pull quick by her. (2nd gear-top of 3rd) when we shift into 4th, she passes me! I then pull up behind her, and she blows a kiss and peals off! Heres the pictures to explain what happened!
That had to be one of my best races. Probally ties for 1st with the TT supra, and Nismo Z.

here's even more cars that I have to privlage of racing all the time.
The silver is a 99 M3 (with Borla, chip, intake) Check out those rims! Rollin on 18's that weight under 18lbs, and cost around $5000 with tires. Custom ordered from Jap. and redrilled for that car! WTF!!!
The black is a 95 M3 (with intake, Supersprint, chip, throttle body, etc...)
The blue is a 95/96 M3 sleeper light weight!
The black, and silver are good friends, the blue is ours, and the X5 is ours too.



I hate the Bay Area! They make us Honda's look so stupid, and boring!

Hell, one good reason these guy's
don't run their cars is due to
insurance. Pick up a couple of high
speed tickets in one of those cars
and and watch your premiums triple if
your not canceled outright. I wanted
to get a turbo MR2 till I talked to
my insurance guy. He told me: MR2 +
Me + 2 tickets within one year = Oh
Sh*t. That's one reason I waited and
got my ITR. To him it's just a 4
cylinder Honda.
